Emma Pearson
Emma brings over ten years’ experience in the property industry, having previously worked as a senior estate agent handling residential, commercial, and high-value property transactions.
Known for her organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, Emma plays a key role in client liaison, coordination, and day-to-day operations. Her background in estate agency and current experience working at a senior level within a large organisation ensures a professional, structured approach to every aspect of the business.
Joel Cramoysan
Joel has a background in engineering and project management, with 17 years’ service in the Royal Navy Submarine Service followed by work within the superyacht sector.
He has managed complex, high-value projects in highly regulated environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors to deliver to programme and standard. This experience underpins JEC Property Group’s systems-led approach to property management and refurbishment projects, ensuring reliability, accountability, and clear oversight.
